Services and pricing
Explore our range of services designed to help you move forward in your journey - one step at a time.
Payment Plans
We understand that legal services are a significant expense. For many flat-fee and hourly cases, payment plans are available.
Payment plans generally include:
An initial down payment
Monthly payments
Clear expectations about payment timing
All payment terms are provided in writing before representation begins.
We’re Committed to Transparency.
We do not believe in “hidden fees” or vague billing practices. From your first consultation through the completion of your case, we are committed to:
Clear written fee agreements
Honest explanations of costs
Open communication if your case becomes more complex
If you ever have questions about your fees or billing, we encourage you to ask.
Our pricing philosophy? no surprises.
We believe clients should have a clear understanding of legal fees from the beginning. Our firm is committed to transparency in how our fees are structured and communicated, so you know what to expect and can make informed decisions about your legal matter.
How We Charge For Services:
Flat Fees (One Set Price)
For many common immigration cases, we charge a flat fee.
A flat fee means:
You know the total legal cost before we start
The fee covers the normal work needed for your case
There are no surprise charges for routine services
Flat fees are best for clients who want certainty about cost from the beginning. You may still pay separate government fees as required.
Pay-in-Full Discount:
If you choose to pay your flat fee in full at the start, you receive a 5% discount on the legal fee.
This option is optional and offered as a courtesy.
Hourly Billing (When a Case Needs Extra Work)
Some immigration cases become more complicated over time. When extra work is needed beyond the basic case, those services are billed by the hour.
Examples include:
Requests for Evidence (RFEs)
Interviews
Appeals or motions
Complex waivers
Court or litigation work
Large or detailed record reviews
Hourly billing means you pay only for the time we actually spend working on your case.
Before any hourly work begins, we will explain:
Why extra work is needed
How hourly billing works
Any required retainer or cost estimate
We track our time carefully and bill only according to our written agreement.
